Purchase and payment terms
Understanding your needs
We discuss your preferred model, specification and budget, the available import options and estimated costs.
Agreement and search
We first sign a vehicle-search agreement based on your needs and budget, without selecting a specific car. We present several proposals for you to choose from. Only after your choice do we confirm availability and prepare an annex identifying the car and your purchase instruction. The first earnest-money payment starts the search and is credited towards the fee. All pre-performance payments are earnest money (zadatek under Polish law), on the terms set out in the agreement.
Selecting and purchasing your car
We present available cars that meet your requirements. After you choose, we confirm availability and purchase terms. You make payments according to the agreed schedule; we arrange the reservation and purchase and provide the documentation for the specific vehicle.
Shipping from China
We arrange preparation for shipping and sea transport to Europe, keeping you informed of progress.
Customs clearance and preparation in Poland
Power Investment purchases the car in its own name using your advance payments. We arrange customs clearance, transport, agreed preparation and registration in Poland. Actual documented costs are settled using the formula agreed in the contract. New services outside that scope require your prior consent.
Final settlement and handover
Once the formalities and final settlement are complete, we hand over the car and its documents.
Calculations are estimates for the specific vehicle, not a fixed percentage. Final settlement takes place after import and registration, before handover, based on actual costs. Service fees plus VAT are shown separately and all payments are credited. Power Investment sells you the registered vehicle.
